Agar.io is a competitive multiplayer arena game where you control a small cell and try to grow into the largest player on the map. Collect scattered food pellets, absorb smaller cells, and avoid larger opponents that can consume you. With simple controls and intense encounters, every match is a battle for survival and leaderboard dominance.

How to Play Agar.io

Begin by moving around the arena and eating colorful pellets to increase your cell's mass. As you grow, look for smaller player-controlled cells that you can absorb for a bigger boost. Stay away from larger cells, since they can eat you and end your run. Green spiky viruses also affect your strategy: smaller cells can use them as cover, while larger cells that touch them may burst into multiple pieces.

Use the split ability to divide your cell and launch part of it toward your cursor, helping you catch smaller opponents that are within reach. You can also eject some of your mass to feed other cells or interact with viruses, depending on the game mode. Choose from modes such as Free For All, Teams, and Battle Royale, each offering a different competitive challenge. Balance growth with careful movement, and aim to climb the leaderboard without becoming easy prey.
